Arrival at MBJ
After deplaning in MBJ you will walk down a long hall and form a line for check in at the multiple immigration computer stations. It is a quick process. Scan your passport, answer some questions, take a photo and you will be on your way, make sure you save your receipt.
The next stop is a line for in person immigration where you will be asked a few questions. They may or may not stamp your passport.
IF you completed the https://enterjamaica.gov.jm/ form you can skip the first above 2 stops, just be ready with your QR code.
Next is baggage claim where you collect your checked bag and continue to the final checkpoint to hand your receipt to the airport personal.
Shuttle (Sun Holiday)
(For those that have booked transportation with us)
Walking thru the double doors and you will be greeted by multiple people offering taxi, things to do and free stays. Most of these involve time share sales. Next you will enter a room with multiple travel desks, straight ahead on your left side you will see Sun Holiday (desk 5). Tell them you are with RoseParties and give them your name. They give you a receipt (DO NOT LOSE THE RECEIPT). Make sure your return date and time is correct on the receipt. You will depart the resort 3 to 4 hours prior to your return flight.
They will direct you to walk out the double doors or a rep will walk you out to wait for a driver. There is a bathroom prior to the last double doors. The ride is about an hour and a half to the resort. If you get car sick easily, I would suggest sitting towards the front of the bus as driving in Jamaica can get a little crazy. Feel free to tip the driver for the adventure.

Club Mobay
If you would like guided service, you can use Club Mobay. A representative will meet you as you deplane, guide you through each step and bring you to the Sun Holidays desk.

Resort Departure Day
Your departure time will be written on your return slip from the transportation company. Plan to leave the resort 3 to 4 hours prior to your flight. Please arrive early for your shuttle. You will need to check out at the front desk to settle any balances. The front desk will give you a check out slip for the attendants at the front door.
Once back in America, for those without Global entry you can use the free CBP MPC app on the Google and Apple stores. Those with the app have designated lines that are usually much shorter to clear US customs.
