Upon arrival at MBJ on Delta Airlines
Be ready with your Email conformation or QR code as they will ask if you have done it.
Walk down a long hall and form a line at the immigration computer stations
Complete the quick process:
Scan your passport
Answer a few questions
Take a photo
Make sure to save your receipt.
Upon arrival at MBJ on Southwest Airlines (Possible other airlines as well)

Next, You will go through immigration. They now have an in-person line where you may be asked additional questions and an automatic line that you just scan and go via an automatic gate.
Normally it's a pretty fast process either way.
They will have people routing indiviuals so you might be seperated as a couple. They may or may not stamp your passport.
Your next stop is baggage claim to collect your checked bag, followed by the final checkpoint where you will hand your receipt to airport personnel.
Shuttle (Sun Holiday)
For Those Who Have Booked Transportation with Us:
After walking through the double doors, you will encounter various people offering taxi services and activities, often related to timeshare sales.
Proceed to the room with multiple travel desks. On your left, you will find Sun Holiday (desk 5).
Inform them that you are with RoseParties and provide your name. They will give you a receipt (DO NOT LOSE THIS RECEIPT).
Verify that your return date and time are correct on the receipt. You will depart the resort 3 to 4 hours before your flight.
Follow their instructions to exit through the double doors or wait for a representative to guide you to your driver. There is a bathroom available before the last set of double doors.
The ride to the resort takes about 1.5 hours. If you are prone to motion sickness, consider sitting towards the front of the bus, as driving in Jamaica can be intense. Feel free to tip the driver.
Club Mobay
If you prefer guided service, consider using Club Mobay. A representative will meet you as you deplane, guiding you through each step and bringing you to the Sun Holidays desk.

Resort Departure Day
Your departure time will be noted on your return slip from the transportation company. Plan to leave the resort 3 to 4 hours before your flight. Arrive early for your shuttle.
Check out at the front desk to settle any balances, and receive a check-out slip for the attendants at the front door.
Once back in the U.S., if you do not have Global Entry, you can use the free CBP MPC app available on Google Play and the Apple Store. This app provides access to designated lines that are usually much shorter for clearing U.S. customs.
